Cancellation Policy

Appointments

• To cancel without penalty, please text 813-480-7558 at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. We are very busy and each day is important. Last minute cancellations hurt our business greatly, therefore we must charge 40% for cancellations inside of that 1 week time frame.

Deposit Payments

• We may require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
• Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment time.
• Collected deposits may be non refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment or cancelling within 7 days of your appointment.
• Deposits for jobs exceeding $1000 will be 40%
